📦 Shipping & Fulfilment FAQ

Do you offer bulk delivery for large orders?

Yes! We specialise in corporate gifting at scale. Whether you’re sending 20 or 2,000 gift boxes, we can pack and ship efficiently from our Irish warehouse. Our team will work closely with you to coordinate timing, branding, and address management for bulk orders.

Can you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship globally. We partner with reliable couriers to offer tracked international delivery, ensuring your gifts arrive safely and on time, whether they’re going to Dublin, Düsseldorf, or Dubai.

How long does fulfilment take for large orders?

Typically:

  • Small orders (1–25 boxes): 2–3 working days (Ireland is normally 1-2 days)

  • Medium orders (25–100): 3–5 working days

  • Large orders (100+): 5–10 working days (depending on contents and customisation)

Need it sooner? Contact us — we can usually fast-track when needed.

Orders within Ireland

For orders before 12pm, we ship out same day with An Post (usually 1-2 days shipping).  Orders after 12pm mostly get out same day or are shipped next day. All orders are tracked and traced.  Shipping on all orders in Ireland is €5.95 per box.  

Each box is beautifully presented (we don't include receipts or anything unless asked for).

If you'd like a note included, just pop the details in the "Special instructions for the seller" during the checkout.

Orders within the EU

For orders before 12pm, we ship out same day with An Post (usually 7 days shipping).  Orders after 12pm are shipped next day. All orders are tracked and traced.  Shipping on all orders in Ireland is €12 per box.  No customs charged on shipments within the EU.

Each box is beautifully presented (we don't include receipts or anything unless asked for).

Orders to the UK

For orders before 12pm, we ship out same day with An Post (usually 7 days shipping).  Orders after 12pm are shipped next day. All orders are tracked and traced.  Shipping on all orders in Ireland is €12 per box.  Boxes will be subject to customs / VAT that the recipient will be asked to pay.

Each box is beautifully presented (we don't include receipts or anything unless asked for).

Orders to the US

For orders before 12pm, we ship out same day with An Post (usually 7 days shipping).  Orders after 12pm are shipped next day. All orders are tracked and traced.  Shipping on all orders in Ireland is €12 per box.  No customs charge on boxes shipped to the US.

Can each box include a personalised message or recipient name?

Absolutely. You can upload a spreadsheet with recipient names, personal notes, or special messages. We’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer branded packaging or inserts?

Yes! We can include:

  • Your logo on packaging or inserts

  • Custom welcome notes or event cards

  • Co-branded tissue wrap, stickers, and more (min. quantities apply)

Is recipient data handled securely?

Yes. All recipient data is handled in full compliance with GDPR standards. Data is used solely for fulfilment purposes and deleted after your order is complete.

Can you ship to employees’ home addresses?

Yes, we ship directly to individual recipients. We’ll provide you with a secure upload method for addresses or a shareable form for your team.

Do you offer tracking information?

Yes, all deliveries come with tracking links. You’ll receive a tracking dashboard for bulk orders and individual tracking for single shipments.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We can fulfil orders starting from just 1 box!
