The Challenge
In December, Aoife from Kerry Group approached Croía Ireland with a time-sensitive request: to create onboarding and Christmas gifts for a newly formed global sustainability team. The challenge was multifaceted

The Solution
Croía Ireland collaborated closely with Aoife to curate a selection of artisan Irish products that embodied the desired values. This included sourcing new, custom items to meet the specific vision for the gifts. To navigate international shipping and customs regulations, two tailored versions of the gift box were created: one for EU recipients and another for those outside the EU. This ensured compliance and thoughtful presentation for all recipients.
The Outcome
Each bespoke gift box contained a mix of carefully selected Irish-made products and a personalized note, all delivered smoothly and on time. The project not only met the logistical challenges but also resonated with the recipients, making them feel warmly welcomed and appreciated.
