Croía Ireland will be charging 15% commission on every sale, which is a low and attractive rate, compared to our competitors who charge 23-25% on commission. Croía Ireland will also introduce optional membership packages, including a number of additional benefits allowing your business to grow with us.
What is Stripe?

Setting Up A Stripe Account
Suppliers will need to set up a Stripe account in order to receive payments. To set up a Stripe account, please click the link here: Https://Stripe.Com/Ie . When you set up a Stripe account, you agree to the terms and conditions of Stripe.
What Type of Account Do I Need?
At Croía Ireland, we will be using an “Express” account, which means that each supplier will also be using an “Express” account. When the supplier has set up their own “Express” account, they will email their details to Croía Ireland, where we will onboard the supplier onto the main platform.
Full Stripe Fees
- 4% commission charge & €0.25 on payouts for European cards.
- 9% commission charge & €0.25 on payouts for Non – European cards.
- €0.10 per payout occurs each time funds are sent to an account’s bank account or debit card.
- 25% of payout volume: the amount of funds sent to their bank account.
- 4% debit volume.
At Croía Ireland, we will pay each supplier on a monthly basis.
Returns & Refunds
If a customer returns an item, we will refund the customer (cost of the item), as we will be holding all the payments. The customer will have to pay the shipping fee to return the item. The supplier will be charged 1.4% Debit Volume for a refund and will only receive the delivery fee.
